What's been done?
- Obtained: Middletown Zoning Board Approval
- Obtained: County, Soil District, and Sewerage Authority approvals
- Removed: The barns
- Reviewed: Steel bids
- Signed: A steel contract
- Ground breaking on March 20th!
- $605,000 has been raised, surpassing our goal of $600,000.
- The surveyors have laid out the building.
- The site work contractor has removed all the top soil and fill down to finished grade for the building. The extra dirt has been stockpiled on site to be spread later over Griggs' Field to level it and prepare for a new softball field.
- The concrete contractor has poured the footings and worked on the piers.
- Steel was delivered and the building framework has been erected.
- The concrete contractor built the bottom portion of the building, putting up concrete block up 8'
- Heating piping has been installed in the floor and concrete was poured over it.
- Work began on the roof.
- The cement block walls are beginning to be erected.
