Walter & Diane have served in Papua, Indonesia since 1984. Presently they are establishing a community center to be a means of outreach to the youth and adults of the city of Manokwari. The center is under construction at the present time and they hope to have the first building completed by Christmas. Diane continues her weekly English outreach classes to local High School and college students. She is also teaching a course to Hatam women on the Old Testament prophets books. Walter is working with the National Church Counsel in establishing a National Mission Board to recruit and send Indonesian Christians to unreached areas of Papua and Indonesia.
