Dave’s Position: Director of Training

Specific Duties: As the Director of Training, Dave oversees each Bible institute in the Caribbean (now numbering four) and works closely with field staff to bring in visiting pastor/teachers for individual courses. Because he enjoys teaching God’s Word so much himself, teaching individual courses in varying fields is also high on his priority list. Additionally, due to the lack of resident staff in St. Maarten, Dave has seen the need to be on the field there more than would normally be the case.

Other duties Dave engages are personnel recruitment, pastoral care of missionary staff, and functioning in an on-call advisory capacity regarding matters pertinent to the mission.
