NMBC has supported since 1989

Dwight and his family came to New Monmouth in 1984 as our Assistant Pastor, overseeing the Youth work, and were instrumental in discipling and helping several families with their Christian Walk.
They felt the Lord calling them to the Missions Field and enlisted with SIM/USA to serve in Nigeria. They packed up their three children, household belongings and were off to Nigeria in November 1989 serving in southern Nigeria before being transferred to Jos and the Evangelical Theological Seminary, the ECWA Seminary(Evangelical Churches of West Africa). Here Dwight taught several courses, counseling students and placing graduates throughout Nigeria. Dwight recently assumed the role of Deputy Provost for the Seminary.
Miriam has been responsible for Nursing care, led Bible Classes for women in the area, taught classes for Pastor’s wives, and worked as Personnel Director for all SIM missionaries in Nigeria. She is often serving as hostess for visiting personnel to the Seminary.
