Mom’s Connection – Mondays – 9:30 a.m.
Mom’s Connection is a time for mother’s to gather together to create friendships, fellowship together and strengthen our connection with Christ. We meet from 9:30am – 11:30am on the 2nd and 4th Monday’s of the month starting on September 26th, 2011. Childcare is provided for children from age’s newborn to 6 years to kindergarten. Mom’s connection will be reading The Power of a Positive Mom by Karol Ladd. Each meeting we will be talking about what we have read and how we can implement positivity into our family’s life. Mom’s connection starts with prayer and a light breakfast, we go onto our discussion, we then either do a craft or are blessed by a guest speaker who can share how God has and is working in their life, mostly directed towards their role as a mother and as a wife. Many of the ladies have gone on to stay in touch by meeting at local parks, making play dates and other activities. Our prayer is that we all grow closer together in Christ and be of support to one another. All mom’s are welcome. Mom’s Prayer Circle – Mondays – 6:00 p.m.
Mom’s join together before the Beth Moore Bible Study for a time of prayer, led by Janet Turner.
Beth Moore Study – Mondays – 6:45 p.m.
This study meets on Monday evenings, from 6:30 – 9:00 p.m. If you have any questions or would like to register for the Bible Study, please contact the leader, Janet Turner at 917-863-0043.
Borzio’s Small Group – Mondays – 7:00 p.m.
All ladies of the church are welcome. We meet in the home of Lynn Borzio every other Monday evening. The meeting consists of a time of Fellowship, Bible Study, and Prayer, from 7:00 – 9:30 p.m. We are presently studying Focus on the Family’s, The Truth Project. Fellowship Day Ladies – Wednesdays – 10:00 a.m.
All ladies of the church are welcome. We meet from 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. The day starts off with a coffee time, followed by a Bible study. We bring our own lunch and and someone furnishes the dessert. The day is ended with a time of fellowship; playing games, knitting, or crafting. Ladies Morning Bible Study – Thursdays – 9:30 a.m.
We are a group of ladies of various ages, backgrounds and life situations who meet at 9:30-11:30 a.m. at the home of Dottie Roberts at 19 Roberts Road, New Monmouth. We will begin a new study on the Book of Colossians on Sept. 8th. We will be studying another letter which the Apostle Paul wrote to the Colossians to encourage them in their faith, their spiritual growth and their relationships with others. This letter teaches us a great deal about the basic doctrines of Christianity, which are fundamental to our Christian life – Love, Faith, Hope and Truth!
